Rhett Huebschmann This is more like a variety show than anything. We start out with some face grinding sludge, dabble in electronica, and zip up the package with some new wave. Great from start to finish! Favorite track: Walking Wires.

Desertpunk78 This one's quite interesting, can't remember any band that can switch from post-metal to new wave, but these guys pull it off convincingly. Favorite track: In Frays.

about

Cobra Khan returned to the studio in the wake of their 2011 album 'Adversities' to record a self-titled 4 track EP set for a digital only release November 9th.

Tracked between locations, live at York Street and vocalist/guitarist Milon Williams' room, it boasts the same dark twists and turns and nostalgic departures found on their previous records and gives a solid nod to the heavy times of old. Again, bassist Evan Short takes the reins with mixing and mastering.
